If you have any problem or suggestion, do not hesitate to contact us at support. As this application is currently in its beta phase, the support might be slow to respond, but priority is given to problems related to payments and legal matters.

If reporting a bug, please try to give as much information as possible:
- device type (iPhone, Android) or desktop operating system (+ version)
- browser brand (+ version)
- language/font size/dark mode selected in application
- explain the sequence of events before experiencing the problem
- screenshot showing the problem if possible

If reporting a payment problem:
- please indicate the email used for the account
- explain the problem encountered, and the date/time/timezone
