Reporting a bug

If reporting a bug, please try to give as much information as possible:

• device type (iPhone, Android) or desktop operating system (+ version)
• browser brand (+ version)
• language/font size/dark mode selected in application
• explain the sequence of events before experiencing the problem
• screenshot showing the problem if possible

If reporting a payment problem:

• please indicate the email used for the account
• explain the problem encountered, and the date, time and time zone
