Media Files

Media Files are used to add multiple images and audio to cards. They can be used through entry field values or directly in the template if fixed (e.g. a body image with a drawable attribute for the user to circle a part from an image).

File List

You can choose the sorting order in which the file names will show.

Add Media Files from the top right menu. On mobile devices, you might be given the choice to use an application like camera or microphone to add a photo or an audio recording. If the default file name of that application contains spaces, they will be replaced by underscores.

To delete multiple files, select "Multiple Selection" from the top right menu, then select the checkboxes of the files you wish to delete, and click "Delete". A long press on a checkbox will apply the check/uncheck effect from the last clicked checkbox to the current one.

Click on the file name to view the media file (or listen to it).

File Settings / View

File Name: You can modify file names here, but the name will also need to be changed manually in the templates or entry field values. File name cannot contain spaces or certain characters: \/:*?"<>|'

To delete a single file, go to the file page and choose "Delete Media File" from the top right menu.
